Saint-Barth Gourmet Festival - November 3-6, 2016

The third edition of The Saint Barth Gourmet Festival takes place November 3- 6, 2016 on the island of Saint Barthélemy. This year, the casting of the participating chefs would be the envy of gastronomes around the world.
The patron chef for this edition is none other than Christian Le Squer, chef at the Four Seasons Georges V hotel in Paris, who was awarded three stars by the Michelin Guide last February. In addition, eight outstanding chefs will present the very best in gourmet French cuisine at a hotel restaurant during the festival.
Each chef will create a gourmet menu served on three evenings during the festival with four courses (95€) or eight courses (130€), allowing diners to taste their culinary specialties and signature dishes. During these three days, a full schedule of events will be organized on the island.
